The body is a complex ensemble of pieces which interact in order to function properly.  To make this ensemble work accordingly, each of the parts must function great in its turn.  If something does not go right inside it will be felt immediately on the outside too. This is why one must be very careful about the foods, drinks and other substances that he/she intakes. Each and everything that one eats and drinks has an impact on the entire body. The skin is also affected by the individual's diet. Moreover, it is said that the skin is the mirror of the entire body: if the body is healthy, the skin looks good and it is healthy too, while if the body is not functioning properly, the skin will become dehydrated, spots or discolorations will appear, the skin is prone to infections or other skin conditions, looks flaky or oily, wrinkles appear more rapidly than normal and the overall aspect is bad.
