You must have FAITH in the process since you will implement various lifestyle changes that as a beginner you will not fully comprehend all of the CRAZY GOOD changes your body is through by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Be patient and have faith and you will make ALL DEM weight loss GaInZ.

Time

It took A LOT OF TIME eating mindlessly to get to where you are now, so anticipate the time it takes to EFFECTIVELY remove that fat to be proportionate to the time it took to get to FATSOLAND.

Discipline

It's NOT easy work, my G, NOT AT ALL, it takes DISCIPLINE to do what you don't want to do, you'll have to sacrifice your bad habits, and because you're conditioned to them, at first it will SUCK, but keep at it and things will get smoother and smoother by the day, you see, both your palate and your perception of effort is subjective to your inner narrative, so wake up every day and tell yourself THIS IS GOOD, THIS IS THE BEST TH

Knowledge

And the final piece of this puzzle is KNOWLEDGE; if you do not educate yourself, if you do not ARM yourself with the best weapons and resources in your arsenal, your weight loss journey will fail; you must learn the best ways to approach your fitness; every single individual is different; you must educate yourself, use your own discretion, and create a personal system to approach your weight loss goals.

The ideal DIET is one that you can stick to.

The greatest EXERCISES are those that you can do regularly throughout time.
